1. This scarf is personalised and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. We ask that you double check the spelling before your purchase. We are unable to refund/exchange a scarf due to spelling mistakes made on the order unless the error was ours.
2. Please allow a longer timeframe for delivery of items with personalisation.
3. All orders will be placed in bulk with our supplier on Friday 16th November, so we ask all personalised scarf orders are placed by 12pm on this date.
4. We expect to dispatch all personalised scarves by Friday 14th December. Please check our Christmas Delivery deadlines if you are ordering from outside of the UK.
5. We reserve the right to not personalise anything deemed offensive.
We would like to advise that if you order any additional items with this scarf, that these will not be dispatched until your scarf is ready to be shipped. We advise that personalised scarves are ordered separately to avoid any delay on the rest of your order.
